Wynwood Plaza

ECSG provided consulting and energy modeling services for Wynwood Plaza, a 29 story mixed use residential development located on a 2.9 acre site in the Wynwood Arts District of Miami, FL. The project includes 547 luxury rental apartments, a parking garage with 720 spaces utilizing parking lift systems, and multiple levels of outdoor amenity areas featuring pools, roof decks, a sports complex, an indoor gym, and a business center. Sustainable design strategies incorporated throughout the project include high efficiency HVAC systems, improved envelope performance, optimized lighting design, Energy Star appliances, low flow plumbing fixtures, low emitting interior materials, and construction practices that support waste reduction and environmental protection. The project achieved NGBS Emerald certification under the 2020 National Green Building Standard, reflecting the team’s commitment to high performance, sustainable development in one of Miami’s most vibrant and evolving neighborhoods.
