Serenity at Liberty Square

ECSG provided NGBS consulting and commissioning services for Serenity at Liberty Square, a midrise community in Miami, FL, comprising three buildings and 193 affordable and workforce apartment homes. The development includes a fitness center, multipurpose room, playground, outdoor seating, and a community center, designed to foster comfort and community connection. Sustainable strategies incorporated into the project include energy-efficient appliances, high-performance HVAC systems, enhanced envelope performance, water-saving fixtures, and low-emitting finishes. The project achieved NGBS Gold Certification, reflecting the team’s commitment to high-performance, environmentally responsible residential development.
