Princeton Landings

ECSG provided NGBS consulting services for Princeton Landings, a newly constructed 334-unit affordable multifamily community in Princeton, FL. The development includes seven garden-style buildings and one mid-rise building, with studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, a resort-style pool, fitness center, playground, co-working areas, and shared outdoor amenities. Sustainable strategies incorporated into the project include energy-efficient systems, improved envelope performance, and blower door testing to ensure durability and long-term comfort. The project achieved NGBS Gold Certification, reflecting the team’s commitment to high-performance, environmentally responsible affordable housing.
