Carson Crossing

ECSG provided NGBS verification and green building consulting services for Carson Crossing, a 288-unit affordable multifamily community in Austin, TX. The development includes seven four-story buildings, a clubhouse, and shared amenities, offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with surface parking and resident-focused outdoor spaces. Sustainable strategies incorporated into the project include high-efficiency HVAC systems, energy-efficient lighting and appliances, enhanced envelope performance, low-flow plumbing, and bike and EV amenities. The project achieved NGBS Gold Certification and a 1-Star Austin Energy Green Building rating, demonstrating the team’s commitment to high-performance, environmentally responsible affordable housing.
