Centro City Residences

ECSG provided NGBS verification services for Centro City Residences, a newly constructed multifamily development in Miami, FL, consisting of three residential buildings totaling 471 dwelling units, along with structured parking and shared community amenities. The project achieved ICC-700 National Green Building Standard (NGBS) Gold Certification and was designed to support wellness, community living, and sustainable urban development through integrated green spaces, landscaped outdoor areas, and a wide range of resident-focused amenities including fitness and wellness facilities, resort-style pools, co-working and business spaces, and recreation areas.
