Project Description
ECSG provided LEED consulting, LEED commissioning, blower door testing, and energy modeling services for Vista Breeze, a senior housing development in Miami Beach, FL, consisting of two four-story residential buildings with 49 studio units in one building and 70 studio units in the second. The project is designed to provide supportive housing for elderly residents within a connected and accessible neighborhood.
