ECSG provided LEED consulting, commissioning, blower door testing, and energy modeling services for Avara Miami Beach, an 8-story multifamily residential development in Miami Beach, FL, consisting of approximately 178 residential units and a structured parking garage. The project includes a range of residential layouts along with shared amenities such as a pool deck overlooking the bay, fitness center, club room, bike storage, and pet-friendly spaces.
