Fontainebleau Convention Center

ECSG provided LEED consulting, commissioning, and energy modeling services for the Fontainebleau Convention Center, a 6-story, 88,950 SF convention and event facility in Miami Beach, FL. The building, connected to the historic Fontainebleau Hotel via an elevated pedestrian bridge, includes ballrooms, meeting rooms, a commercial kitchen, and parking. Sustainable strategies incorporated into the project include efficient building systems, optimized energy performance, and integrated design coordination. The project achieved LEED v4 Gold Certification, reflecting the team’s commitment to high-performance, environmentally responsible design in South Florida’s hospitality and event sector.
