Project Description
ECSG provided LEED consulting, energy modeling, and full building commissioning services for 72nd & Park, a 22-story residential tower featuring 266 residences, ground-floor retail, and more than 64,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. The project achieved LEED v4/v4.1 Gold certification with 65 points. Key sustainability features include energy-efficient HVAC systems, advanced smart-building technology, floor-to-ceiling glass for natural daylighting, and landscaped outdoor space. Located in North Beach, the tower combines modern luxury with environmental responsibility. ECSG was proud to support the LEED certification process for this landmark development.
