Three Round Towers B & C

ECSG provided comprehensive consulting
and energy modeling services for NGBS certification of Three Round Towers B
& C, a significant renovation project in Miami Dade County.  This project revitalizes two existing
towers, offering a total of 263 one-bedroom units specifically designed for
elderly residents, including accommodations for disabilities. The development
also features a community center and essential amenities. Three Round Towers
B & C achieved NGBS Emerald certification, showcasing a commitment to
sustainable living and creating a modern, comfortable environment for senior
residents.
