consulting and energy modeling services for NGBS certification of Belmont
Village, a luxurious new senior living facility in Coral Gables. This
10-story building offers a variety of unit layouts (studios, 1-bedroom, and
2-bedroom options) for its 232 residents, along with convenient ground-floor
retail space and a range of amenities. Belmont Village achieved NGBS Gold
certification, demonstrating a commitment to sustainable living for its
residents.
