Project Description
ECSG provided consulting and energy
modeling services for NGBS certification of The Prescott Apartments, a new
multi-family development in Austin, TX. This project encompasses seven
four-story residential buildings offering a variety of unit layouts (including
studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and efficiency options) and a community
center. Surface parking is provided for resident convenience. The Prescott
Apartments achieved NGBS Gold certification, demonstrating a commitment to
sustainable living for its residents.
