Marquee Square

ECSG provided NGBS verification services for Marquee Square in Tampa, FL, a newly constructed multifamily community located in the Seminole Heights neighborhood. The development consists of six residential buildings totaling 354 dwelling units, along with a clubhouse and resort-style amenity spaces designed to support comfort, convenience, and community living. Marquee Square offers thoughtfully designed one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments complemented by a range of resident-focused amenities, including a fitness and wellness center, yoga and spin studio, resort-inspired pool and heated spa, business center, library lounge, pet park, bike storage, and EV charging stations. The project achieved ICC-700 National Green Building Standard (NGBS) Gold Certification and reflects a strong commitment to sustainability, energy efficiency, and high-performance residential construction. This achievement highlights the continued advancement of sustainable multifamily development in Tampa and supports high-performance residential growth across Florida.
