ECSG provided NGBS verification services and energy modeling for Alexan Roxy in Coral Gables, FL, a newly constructed multifamily community offering thoughtfully designed one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes, including two-story live-work residences, along with a variety of resident-focused amenities. The project achieved ICC-700 National Green Building Standard (NGBS) Gold Certification and reflects a strong commitment to sustainable design, energy efficiency, water conservation, and high-performance residential construction.
