Cordova Estates

ECSG provided NGBS verification services for Cordova Estates, a newly constructed multifamily community in Florida City, FL, consisting of seven 3-story garden-style residential buildings totaling 190 dwelling units, along with a clubhouse and shared exterior community spaces. The project achieved ICC-700 National Green Building Standard (NGBS) Silver Certification and was designed to support sustainability, energy efficiency, and high-performance building practices within an affordable housing community.
