Eighteen Sunset

ECSG served as LEED Consultant and provided LEED commissioning and energy modeling services for Eighteen Sunset in Miami Beach, FL, a new five-story mixed-use development consisting of approximately 67,000 square feet of conditioned space. The project includes ground-floor retail and restaurant space, Class A office space, residential space, an occupiable roof deck, and pedestal parking, bringing a dynamic blend of uses to the Sunset Harbour neighborhood. The project achieved LEED Gold Certification and reflects a strong commitment to sustainable design, energy efficiency, and long-term building performance. This achievement highlights the continued growth of high-performance mixed-use development in Miami Beach and supports sustainable urban development across South Florida.
