City of Coral Gables Fire House #4

ECSG served as LEED Consultant and provided LEED commissioning and energy modeling services for City of Coral Gables Fire House No. 4 in Coral Gables, FL, a new two-story fire station designed to support modern emergency response operations while serving as a valuable community asset. The facility includes one apparatus bay, eight dormitories, a gym, administrative and support spaces, and a neighborhood park. The project achieved LEED v4 Silver Certification and reflects a strong commitment to sustainable design, resilience, energy efficiency, and long-term building performance. This achievement supports the City of Coral Gables’ commitment to sustainable public infrastructure and environmentally responsible community development.
