Doral Central Park

ECSG served as FGBC Consultant and provided FGBC commissioning services for Doral Central Park in Doral, FL, a landmark 78-acre civic and recreational destination designed to serve as the City’s premier community hub. The project includes a recreational center, aquatic center, amphitheater, athletic fields, grandstand, boardwalk, tennis courts, a skate park, a pump track, and a variety of other community-focused amenities. The project achieved Florida Green Building Coalition (FGBC) Gold Certification and reflects a strong commitment to sustainable design, energy efficiency, and long-term operational performance. This achievement marks the first Civic & Recreational Campus Development in the City of Doral to achieve FGBC Gold Certification, establishing a new benchmark for sustainable park and civic development within the community.
