Hollywood Arts and Culture Center

ECSG served as FGBC Consultant and provided FGBC commissioning services for the Hollywood Arts & Culture Center in Hollywood, FL, consisting of a new 5,075 SF single-story addition connected to the existing facility. The project includes a multi-purpose room, broadcast studio, visual arts studio, reception area, and supporting spaces designed to enhance community engagement through arts and cultural programming. The project achieved Florida Green Building Coalition (FGBC) Gold Certification and reflects a strong commitment to sustainable design, energy efficiency, and long-term operational performance. This achievement is especially significant as the project is recognized as the first Arts & Culture Center in Broward County to achieve FGBC Gold Certification,
