Belmont Village – Aventura

ECSG served as FGBC Consultant and provided commissioning and energy modeling services for Belmont Village Aventura in Aventura, FL, a new construction senior living community featuring 153 residential units within an 11-story, 259,850-square-foot building. The community includes approximately 25,955 square feet of amenities and common areas, along with five levels of parking providing 135 parking spaces. Designed to integrate sophisticated senior living accommodations with hospitality and resident-focused amenities, the development features restaurants, fitness and wellness areas, lounges, social gathering spaces, a resort-style pool, art studio, screening room, and outdoor terraces. The project achieved Florida Green Building Coalition (FGBC) Gold Certification and incorporates sustainable strategies supporting energy efficiency, water conservation, indoor environmental quality, and long-term building performance. ECSG worked closely with the project team throughout the design, construction, and certification process to support the project’s sustainability goals and FGBC certification requirements.
