modeling services for NGBS certification of Wynwood 28, a vibrant new
mixed-use development in the heart of Miami’s artistic Wynwood neighborhood.
This eight-story building offers a dynamic blend of uses, featuring approximately
40 residential units with studio and one-bedroom layouts, alongside
commercial spaces and office spaces. Residents enjoy convenient amenities and
on-site pedestal parking. Wynwood 28 achieved NGBS Gold certification,
showcasing its commitment to sustainable design and a thriving mixed-use
environment.
