modeling services for NGBS certification of Wynwood 27, a stunning new
mixed-use development in Miami’s artistic Wynwood neighborhood. This
five-story building offers a vibrant mix of spaces, featuring approximately
112 residential units with studio, one, and two-bedroom layouts, complemented
by commercial retail spaces and convenient amenities for residents. Wynwood
27 achieved NGBS Gold certification, showcasing its commitment to sustainable
design and a thriving mixed-use environment.
