The Adderley

ECSG provided consulting and energy modeling services for NGBS certification of The Adderley, a mixed-use residential development in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The project consists of two 6-story buildings with 417 units, a 6-story parking garage with 549 spaces, 15,027 square feet of retail space, and 11,000 square feet of amenities, including a leasing office, fitness center, and two-lane bowling alley. Sustainability features include energy-efficient lighting, Energy Star appliances, high-efficiency HVAC systems, improved envelope performance, low-flow plumbing fixtures, and low-emitting interior finishes. The project achieved NGBS Gold certification under the 2020 National Green Building Standard, reflecting the team’s commitment to high-performance, sustainable development in an urban setting.
