Stadium Tower

ECSG provided NGBS consulting, verification, and energy modeling services for Stadium Towers Apartments, a seven story residential development located at 2320 NW 8th Avenue in Miami, FL. The project includes one building with 149 apartment units featuring a variety of floor plans, along with a lobby, essential residential amenities, and structured parking. Sustainable design measures incorporated into the project include high efficiency HVAC systems, improved envelope performance, energy efficient lighting, Energy Star appliances, low flow plumbing fixtures, low emitting interior materials, and responsible construction practices that support waste reduction and environmental protection. The project achieved NGBS Silver certification under the 2015 National Green Building Standard, demonstrating the team’s commitment to delivering efficient, sustainable housing within an urban Miami corridor.
