Project Description
ECSG provided green building consulting services in support of Enterprise Green Communities certification for Nathan Village, a new multifamily development consisting of eight residential buildings and approximately 48 units. Our scope included targeted documentation for criteria focused on resilient design, construction team education, building operations, and resident engagement. These efforts supported the project’s successful certification, promoting long-term sustainability and livability for future residents.
