Magnus Brickell

ECSG provided consulting and energy modeling services for NGBS certification of Magnus Brickell, a 29-story mixed-income, mixed-use, transit-oriented development in Miami, FL. The project includes 465 residential accommodations designed to enhance resident comfort while supporting long-term sustainability. Sustainable design features include energy-efficient lighting, Energy Star appliances, improved insulation and envelope performance, high-efficiency HVAC systems, low-flow plumbing fixtures, low-emitting finishes, structured parking to minimize site impact, and effective erosion control practices. The project achieved NGBS Gold certification under the 2015 National Green Building Standard, demonstrating the team’s commitment to high-performance, sustainable development in one of Miami’s most dynamic neighborhoods.
