The Stellar at Masters Avenue

ECSG provided consulting and energy modeling services for NGBS certification of The Stellar at Masters Avenue, a residential community in Lakewood Ranch, FL. The development features 80 homes with two-, three-, and four-bedroom floorplans, designed to enhance comfort while promoting environmental responsibility. Sustainable design strategies include energy-efficient lighting, Energy Star appliances, high-efficiency HVAC systems, improved envelope performance, low-flow plumbing fixtures, low-emitting interior finishes, and erosion control practices to protect the surrounding landscape. The project achieved NGBS Silver certification under the 2015 National Green Building Standard, reflecting the team’s dedication to high-performance, sustainable development in one of Southwest Florida’s fastest-growing areas.
