ECSG provided LEED
consulting, commissioning, and energy modeling for the St. Andrews Middle
School Athletic Complex, achieving LEED certification. This 12,226 sq. ft.
facility boasts a sustainable design exceeding ASHRAE standards by 38% for
energy efficiency. The complex
incorporates stormwater management, green cleaning practices, high
percentages of recycled materials, low-flow fixtures, native landscaping,
low-emitting materials, and water-efficient measures, promoting a healthy and
resource-conscious environment for student athletes.
