new high-rise development in North Miami Beach. This 23-story tower offers
367 spacious residential units with various floor plans, along with a rooftop
amenity deck and top-notch hospitality-inspired features. Soleste NoMi Beach
achieved NGBS Gold certification, exceeding its initial target (NGBS Silver)
and showcasing its commitment to sustainable living.
