Commissioning, and Energy Modeling for Point Royale Shopping Center in Miami,
Achieving LEED Certification. This 6,529 sq. ft. development boasts a
sustainable design exceeding ASHRAE standards by 28% for energy efficiency. Point Royale features stormwater
management, high percentages of recycled materials (with 88% of construction
waste diverted from landfills!), low-flow fixtures, low-emitting materials,
and water-efficient measures, promoting a resource-conscious environment.
