Gulliver Preparatory School’s Marian
C. Krutulis K-8 Campus in Coral Gables underwent a major redevelopment. The
project involved demolishing older buildings and constructing a new 2-story,
53,358 sq ft Innovation Center. This center features
classrooms, science labs, storage areas, music/ dance labs, gym, stage,
lockers, athletics, café, art spaces, landscaping and administrative areas.
All designed to achieve LEED Silver certification. ECSG provided LEED
Consulting, LEED Commissioning, Enhanced Commissioning and LEED Energy
Modeling.
