Make-A-Wish Southern Florida Finkel-Frenkel Wish House

ECSG provided LEED consulting, LEED commissioning, and energy modeling, helping the Make-A-Wish Southern Florida Finkel-Frenkel Wish House achieve LEED Gold certification. This collaboration enhanced the project’s sustainability, improved energy efficiency, and ensured a healthier indoor environment. Key features included an integrated design process, bike facilities with access to transit, open space and habitat restoration, indoor and outdoor water efficiency, a fully commissioned building with green power offsets, a recycling program, and indoor air quality management during construction.
