ECSG provided consulting and energy
modeling services for NGBS certification of Lincoln Gardens Phase 1, a new
multi-family development in Miami. This project features three, three-story
buildings offering a total of 221 residential units with various bedroom
layouts. Surface parking and a clubhouse are also available for resident
convenience. Lincoln Gardens Phase 1 achieved NGBS Silver certification,
demonstrating a commitment to sustainable living for residents
