Health & Fitness Center at Sole Mia Padel Sports Facility

ECSG provided FGBC consulting and commissioning services for the Health and Fitness Center at Sole Mia, a two story, 27,500 square foot padel sports and wellness facility located in Miami, FL. The project includes indoor and outdoor padel courts, locker rooms, saunas, offices, and a full service restaurant designed to enhance the user experience while promoting long term sustainability. Sustainable design strategies incorporated into the project include energy efficient lighting systems, high performance HVAC equipment, improved envelope performance, low flow plumbing fixtures, low emitting interior finishes, and responsible construction practices focused on waste reduction and environmental protection. The project achieved FGBC Gold certification under the Florida Green Building Coalition Green Commercial Building Standard, demonstrating the team’s commitment to high performance and environmentally responsible development within the growing Sole Mia community.
