ECSG served as FGBC Consultant and provided full building commissioning services for 4225 Ponce, an eight-story mixed-use office development in Coral Gables, FL, consisting of approximately 75,000 square feet of Class A office space along with ground-floor retail, structured parking, rooftop amenity areas, and private terraces integrated throughout the building. The project achieved Florida Green Building Coalition (FGBC) Platinum Certification and was designed to support a high-performance workplace environment while promoting walkability, connectivity, and sustainable urban development within the surrounding district.
