ECSG provided consulting and energy modeling services for NGBS certification of Wells Landing, a new multi-family development in Boynton Beach. This project features three apartment buildings offering a variety of unit types and amenities, conveniently located on MLK Jr Blvd. Wells Landing achieved NGBS Silver certification, demonstrating a commitment to sustainable living.
